Our sitters usually visit between 05:00 - 09:00 & 14:00-18:00, our extended hours are in place to cover very busy seasonal periods, traffic issues, parking issues, or weather issues that might delay our arrival. If you require the PM feed to be at a specific time e.g, 19:30 or 20:00 then we ask our customers to provide a cat timer machine like the simple CatMate timer so we can set the PM meal to open when we attend the PM visit if we are earlier than the time you would like your cat(s) fed.

We can provide cat feeding visits AM & PM, which include litter scooping or changing, fresh water, fresh food, setting timer machines for 1 future feed (if more than 2 future feeds, see our prices section for add-on services), and cleaning bowls.

Usually, we need up to 20 minutes (or sometimes longer if needed) for extended cleaning duties, medical needs, or for customers with 4-5 cats, where we need extra time for our visits.

This service is tailored for our customers who require additional extended cleaning, have between 4-5 cats, have known issues with sickness or toilet accidents, might need extra medical attention, or require us to stay longer than our standard visits

This is ideal for cats that miss the litter tray through old age and have accidents often, but they would rather be home stress-free than boarding at a cattery

Cat Timer Machines ⏰ - We are very happy to set a timer machine up for one next feed (approximately 12 hours later, for example). Any additional feeds required for us to set up will be charged at £2 per additional feed, for example, a third or fourth feed covering more than just one next feed.

🔑 Key RETURN service £7.50

We normally keep and store our customers’ keys for convenience and flexibility; however, we are always happy to return a set of keys if requested. This service can be booked online once you are home and access has been gained to the property, keys are posted through your letterbox. We are unable to leave keys on a last visit, part of the service we provide requires the key return service to be requested and booked upon returning home 🔑

🔑 Key COLLECTION service £11

Keys tested and collected between 14:00 and 20:00.

Customers must be home during this period, as we can not give a specific time for the collection and testing of the keys whilst at your home 🔑
