Cat feeding visits AM & PM (up to 3 cats, if 4-5 cats please refer to our extended care visit service)

Our sitters usually visit between 05:00 - 09:00 & 14:00 - 18:00. Our extended hours are in place to cover very busy seasonal periods, traffic issues, parking issues, or weather issues that might delay our arrival. If you require the PM feed to be at a specific time e.g 19:30 or 20:00 then we ask our customers to provide a cat timer machine like the simple CatMate timer so we can set the PM meal to open when we attend the PM visit if we are earlier than the time you would like your cat(s) fed.

We can provide morning and afternoon feeding visits which includes litter scooping, changing litter, fresh water, cleaning food bowls, preparing fresh food, and setting cat feeding timer machine(s) for 1 next future feed (more than 2 feeds see our extra add on prices)

To provide an effective level of care for your cat(s) whilst you're away, we will only agree to and accept bookings of at least one visit per day for the duration of your absence (so we will not take bookings of visits every two, three, or more days). This is to ensure your pet always has adequate company, food, water, and any health or welfare issues that can be identified and managed as soon as possible, whilst you are away

Parking fees are included in this price (Parking fees in the City range from £1.70 to £6.40, and we absorb the cost of parking)

Usually, we need up to 20 minutes (or sometimes longer if needed) for extended cleaning duties, medical needs, or for customers with 4-5 cats, where we need extra time for our visits.

We stay as long as required to carry out the additional tasks involved.

This service is tailored for our customers who require additional extended cleaning duties, who have known issues with sickness or toilet accidents, might need extra medical attention, or require us to stay a little bit longer than our standard feeding visits

This is ideal for cats that miss the litter tray through old age and have accidents often, but they would rather be home stress-free than boarding at a cattery

This service is also requested by customers who live in areas where there are restricted parking issues and where long-distance walking is required by the sitter.
